My parcel was dispatched 18 days ago but no update since and now I still have not received my parcel. I wrote emails multiple times and every time getting the same answer saying it has been dispatched. But where is my parcel no one knows and no customer service can respond to that or provide a reasonable solution?? Ridiculous
