I am 3 weeks into using the Current Body RF device. So, five more weeks to complete the introductory phase. So far, I am finding it easy to incorporate in my life, comfortable to use, the gel is great and I feel as though the device is doing something to my “smokers” lines.The only down side is the use of a light - rather than a sound - to indicate that it is time to change position. Impractical - you either need to sit in front of a mirror or use your phone timer which is a nuisance. So, 4 stars for me instead of 5. But otherwise, very happy with the quality and experience.
