Parcel got lost (worth €500+) and I've been chasing currentbody for an update for 2 weeks now (contact form, IG, whatsapp). DHL is the culprit here, that's unfortunately not the first time this happens, but CB hasn't been of much help so far. People I have talked to surely have tried to help and I thank them, but for now I'm just left waiting with no parcel in sight and money out of the bank. I expected more proactivity and efficiency from such a big brand, especially given the pricey nature of what they are selling (and how much I've spent with them over the years).
