This is not a one-off case; the delays occur every single time.After sending an inquiry email, the only response we received was to "wait." Two days later, we followed up with another email, but received no reply at all.Messages sent via WeChat have also gone unanswered. It has now been a full week, and I don’t know if other users are experiencing the same issue. I sincerely hope this is not an isolated case.If this continues, we will have no choice but to turn to a traditional bank. At this point, the current arrangement no longer makes sense.
