I attempted to return the item and sent this message: This bra is far too small for a 42 H. I need to send it back. I feel frustrated because I see models similar to my size on their site endorsing this bra. I followed the size chart provided. I received a response stating: We apologize for your dissatisfaction, but since payment has been processed and you have received the item, a full refund is not an option. They offered two solutions: Solution 1: $8 compensation. Solution 2: If you want a refund, you must return the item to this address. We will process the refund once we receive it. After returning, please provide the tracking number. Thank you for your message. Avoid this company at all costs!
