This is a fraudulent operation. They take your money and you never receive your order. The tracking information makes no sense, which is when I realized something was off. The customer service number is non-functional. I've emailed multiple times asking for a refund, but they only reply with, "It’s on its way" without addressing my refund request. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I got caught up in their social media advertisements. I hope my review helps others avoid this mistake.
