I ordered a product and they sent a product that was 3 sizes too small. When I sent an email letting them know I did not get what I ordered they wrote "Dear customer, we are sorry that our product did not meet your expectations, but we have paid for the product and you have also received the product, so we cannot refund the full amount. " I'd like to exchange and have them pay shipping, since they messed up. But they are not willing. Now I am out $33.
