Well I accidentally ordered 2 x 2 perfumes from Curvissa and duplicated the order on Freemans. I managed to cancel one before it was dispatched but the other I've been informed I cannot return. Despite being still in the outer box. Still in the cellophane and unopened. The reason given is hygiene reasons. But it has not even been touched.
