Hi,I’m writing to follow up on a transaction issue that has yet to be resolved, despite multiple attempts to get support. I first reached out via live chat on the 4th and was advised to wait until the 5th, which I did. On the 6th, I called and was told I would be contacted shortly. However, no one has reached out to me since then.Since that time, I have followed up several times via phone and live chat. Each time, I’ve been told that the issue is being worked on, yet no actual progress has been communicated to me. I find it quite frustrating that I always have to initiate contact, and no one from your team has provided updates or taken ownership of resolving the matter.At this point, I would prefer for the transaction to be closed so that I can go ahead and place a new one without any further delays or confusion.
