Usually ok enough, but not this time! Offered free next day delivery but it didn't deliver until 5 days after I placed my order. The next day the item I ordered (which I only ordered because of the next day delivery offer!) was reduced in price. Evri have failed multiple collections as Freeman's won't honour the price (found cheaper on Amazon) and I asked Freeman's to match the Amazon price, which I sent a screenshot of for proof, but they offered 10% which didn't even reduce it to the offer price they're currently selling it at(!) and when I asked for flexibility based on the whole shocking experience they've ignored me. But the did ask me to leave a Trust pilot review based on my experience.... So there it is! 1* and crap customer service. Unlikely to order through them again despite having been a loyal customer to the group for many years.Oh, and they don't have a complaints email and just tell you to use their 'contact us' page which is just the customer service team who don't give a damn about anything
