Having gone through the process of setting up a new account and unfortunately placing a new order on 23rd August I have now been trying to cancel the order without any success whatsoever. There was nothing available on my new account to cancel plus I contacted curvissa on 3 occasions without any success. So my experience with curvissa has been abysmal. At the present moment I have no idea if my order has been delivered or cancelled. Very poor customer service. I will close my account and never use curvissa again
