I am extremely dissatisfied with the support and order handling. I placed my order over a month ago. Since then, I have been repeatedly requesting the Safety Data Sheet and commercial invoice, which are essential documents for compliance and approval. Despite several follow-up emails, I initially received only generic replies asking me to 'wait patiently.' There was no clear timeline or explanation, and the urgency was lacking. Now, the situation has worsened — I am no longer receiving any responses at all. My emails are being entirely ignored. Due to this unacceptable delay and poor communication, my listing is under review, preventing me from selling the product. This has resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and significant disruption to my business operations. For a company dealing in cosmetic products, providing necessary documents should be a standard responsibility, not something customers have to pursue for weeks. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer urgency is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the company takes this issue seriously, responds promptly, and provides the required documents without further delay. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to others who rely on timely compliance documentation and professional support.
