I ordered a pair of jeans that came from overseas but didn't fit. I wanted to return them, and here’s what happened: Email 1 - I had to email customer support to ask for the return address. Email 2 - They offered me a 20% discount instead of a return. Email 3 - After I declined, they tried to pressure me not to return the item. Email 4 - Another attempt (NO THANK YOU) to get me to keep the jeans. Email 5 - They asked me to keep the jeans and give them to someone else, offering a 30% refund. If I insisted on returning, I'd have to cover shipping costs. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
