Although I have purchased two hoodies from them without incident, my recent order has been a mess and they can't seem to keep their story straight. There are various different "customer service" people responding, that don't take the time to read what has already been explained, and we just go around in circles. I am out the $30 + shipping for my latest hoodie order and told them that I'll now be contacting my bank to report it as fraud on my credit card. And they don't care! Instead of making it right, they're happy to take the hit and get a crappy review.
