Im very honest when i give my opinion about this casino. In first glance it looks like a very nice casino with a lot of games and nice entertainment. I played a bit couple of months back. Then i received mails i was rated to be a vip player and get a manager for my vip status. Ok, fun! I put more money in the casino, i win a bit and then i wanted to check how safety and fast they are with withdrawal time. The first interruption came. Account not verificated. Ok. Happens more so we will fix it. It took over 39 emails to try to get verificated, nonetheless it still failed... i provided them with full bankstatements and all my damn privacy stuff. Not verificated. And when you are not verificated, no withdrawal! I started to panic and try to fasten the proceedings, but it wont happen. The next day, after escalate it at a higher department and warning them for taking legal actions, they send the money and instantly blocked my account!!! They are not reachable on any way i tried. Really really sad!!!! I think i never get my money back when i dont pushed them to be honest and fair with players, especially vip players. Think before you put a lot of money here....They blocked me, how on earth is possible?!

Said that they accepted my refund request. But after that you banned. And dont get respond on email like they said in there respons in my last review. They only respond here on Trustpilot to trick a good impression of the casino. That they help. But they block your account. And block you everywhere.Sannesanne9988@ outlook.com is my email. You can email me about the refund. You cant resolve it if i hear about my status of refund. I send you lots of email but not responding at all. 😡👎🏼❓❓❓

I send emails but no reaction. I lost a lot of money at this casino, when I found out that this casino does not have a Dutch license to offer games of chance to Dutch players, I asked for a refund. My request was processed and I never heard anything again. I email every day but no response.It is also read via the live chat, but no response. this is a very disrespectful casino. We are going to take legal action and you can expect to receive a fine from the gaming authorities in the short term
