Damart used to be a reliable, good quality and well mannered company before they sold out about 10 years ago. Now its just rag trade. Both my late mother and I used this company with no problems at all. Now I have been locked out of my account. I haven't done anything wrong, obviously their AI didn't approve of me. End of.

I have ordered a number of things recently. I ordered a black thermolactyl parka in black. My sister liked it so much I ordered her one too in tan! We have both been wearing them consistently over the last few weeks as the weather conditions warranted! Yesterday I contacted Customer Service and spoke to Tracey who resolved my query for me!
Great website and new brochures delivered to me. Good range of clothing, shoes, accessories and home goods. Keep me updated with progress on order and expected delivery. Would be nice if they offered a petite range but have learnt to stick with regular clothing rather than comfort fit which tends to swamp me. I’m only 5ft 2in but being in my early 60’s the clothing suits me. If I do have to send items back money gets refunded very quickly once they have received the items back.
IncompetentI have now had to contact them three times – once using their telephone service which cost me over £30 – to try to remedy a series of errors. They promise to fix things and then simply don’t.The worst of it is, one of the representatives I spoke to, treated me like I was an idiot or a small child and kept telling me I was mistaken about whom I had spoken to. Only when I demanded they check their notes did they realise I was both not mistaken and not an idiot.I know this brand is aimed at older customers, so if they spoke to my Mother like this I would be deeply upset. As it was they spoke to me and unless they fix things quickly, I’ll not be shopping with them again.
When I order from Damart I am always kept up to date with the progress of my order.I have always been delighted with my items! Such good quality! It helps that I can pay in installments too.And have received lovely free gifts from time to time.
I've ordered several items from Damart over the years, but have had to return several due to the sizing. They seem to come up smaller when I buy my usual size so I've had to return them. I'd recommend trying going up a size to start with. Ordering on line is easy and the items are good quality. Returns are easy, but refunds take a while - usually well over 2 weeks. Damart quote 14 days to receive the parcel back and then it can take an additional 14 days to get the refund back into a bank account - thus being nearly a month. I've recently returned an item - picked up by Evri on 20 January 2026 and as at 4 Feb it hasn't arrived back to Damart according to the Evri tracker. So I'm probably looking at another week or 2 for a refund - which could work out to be nearly a month! Just be aware that refunds seem to take longer than other companies I've dealt with on line.
