I placed an order with this company on 10/7 and immediately received a confirmation via email. Shortly after, I received numerous emails about points to use, with each one advertising more points than the last. That was my first indication something was off. I reached out via their customer service email for an update, as I hadn't received any information about my order, just the 'points' — customer service responded on 10/14, assuring me my order was being processed and they would keep me updated about shipping. Since then, I have received no communication. I have emailed twice without a response. A $50 lesson in doing more research before ordering. I hope to dispute the charge.
