Unfortunately, everything went wrong with this service. They were unhelpful with hotel issues, and the tour guides lacked English proficiency. The vehicles were old and unpleasant. They charged for unnecessary items and placed us in an expensive boat accommodation that was dreadful, without offering any assistance to leave. I cannot recommend them at all.
