This company took my money and sent the incorrect bobble head. As pointed out in reviews on sites like productreview.com.au, they send the product before sending through their final proof photo. When you complain they offer a 10% refund even though their policy states a full refund if the wrong item is sent(they never actually send the refund). They don't speak English so complaining over e-mail is an absolute headache. They clearly use another company and are the middle man so have no control over their products. They claim to be an Australian company but are actually located in Hong Kong. Scam company, avoid at all cost.
