Got a custom design dog bobblehead. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting.The process is easy, what was shocking is the fact after making payment and awaiting order they send an update of how it would look and give you an option to make adjustments I couldn't be bothered correcting the errors, the nose and eyes were unnaturally looking but then they mention it can't look exactly like the picture after I paid.It's a unique service, quality good, it arrive in an oversize box for a tiny figure wasn't necessary and delivered on time.
