I've used to same printing company for the last 10 years, but one day got a call our of the blue from Zoe at Custom Designs Boxes. I was very hesitant, to say the least, but it was perfect timing as we were about to reorder our custom gift boxes from our other vendor. Zoe was so patient with me, as it took me a few weeks to commit, as I didn't trust their prices could be as competitive, compared to what I normally would pay. She sent me samples, and even let me speak to her supervisor to confirm printing and shipping prices. I felt almost bad at this point if I didn't go with them with all the time and energy Zoe gave me to make this sale. She was truly wonderful and I am so so pleased with our custom boxes!
