They shipped quickly and the personalization was correct.Secondly I was so disappointed in the pens. For $188 for 50 pens I was expecting the quality to be better. The Promo Metal Click Ballpoint Pen With Grip was not a professional sleek (nice) pen. I was also expecting a heavier pen. I like to write w pens with some weight to them. These were very light especially for a metal pen. I wanted to love these but it just did not meet my expectations.
