Nina painted 3 of my cats, one that had passed. I did not like the colors and sent better photos and she nailed it. I asked her to put a halo above the one that passed and it brought tears to my eyes. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the final product and I couldn't thank her more!
I haven’t received my product yet but the picture I was sent is gorgeous! I love it so much AND the customer service is amazing! It is always nice supporting small businesses especially ones with amazing owners
Mel was so nice!!! She gave me recommendations on how to print and where to print to get the best out of my purchase! I received my drawing within 48 hours & had the opportunity to make any changes needed! no changes needed to be made, since it was absolutely incredible!! 10/10 experience!
