Truly No stars deserved. I needed a swab gift for my team for a very specific date. I worked with one of the "Senior Account Executives" to design and process my order. The initial "design" was just what I wrote in an email with really no design effort whatsoever. We quickly agreed on a design, quantity etc. I was sent a link and provided payment information. The product was promised 1 week before our corporate event. The product was not received. On the first day of the even after working with ANOTHER "account executive", I was told that the gifts were not even produced and they could make them and rush them to me. After waiting 2 weeks and no product, they were going to produce and ship in less than 24 hours?? I had to cancel the order and did not have the opportunity to use a reliable company for what I needed. Go somewhere else, do not use this company.
