I strongly recommend looking for another service. I initially paid $650 for a custom website design and hosting, only to later find out I needed to spend an additional $750 to make it 'Google-ready.' After spending another $400 on a five-year domain renewal and hosting six months ago, nothing has been done. Despite multiple requests, my project manager assured me it would be updated 'at the right time.' After investing $2,500 in 'essential features,' I can't get anyone to respond to my emails or chats, and the phone number goes unanswered. If you use them, be prepared for constant upselling and unfulfilled promises. In short, my experience has led me to believe that the company and its staff are essentially con artists who will take your money and then ignore you.
