I love how my website was designed, and I rate that part five stars. However, I find it disappointing that asking for help with fixes becomes difficult once the bills are settled. Now, I’m waiting for full ownership of my website, which seems to take forever. After paying around $6,000 in design fees and other services, I’m unsure if they will even grant me that ownership.
