Completely disappointing. I provided excellent photos of my pet, yet the figurine bore no resemblance, even in color! I attempted to reach out to the seller but received no response. This was meant to be a keepsake for my late dog, and I ended up feeling very let down and upset. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
