I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I was billed for the remainder of a contract even though I never utilized the software due to a poor user experience, and the customer service was lacking and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I received an email confirming that my subscription would not renew, yet they claimed renewal was happening without a signed agreement from both parties. Before sending my final payment for a service I did not use, I asked for written confirmation that they would not try to renew or charge me again. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to proceed with caution and choose a more ethical provider.
