As an exhibitor at Buila24, I should have access to CVent. I registered but Cvent then said I'd got my password wrong (I hadn't) so asked me to click 'Forgot password' which I did. Then tried to log in with the new password. CVent maintained again that I'd forgotten my password. After several attempts, using different browsers, I tried to contact their 'support' but no response at all.Non-existent service and a totally flaky product has made this process a stressy nightmare.The Buila conference starts today. Still no response from Cvent. Just useless!!
