They claim to offer a money-back guarantee, but that's simply untrue. I've been struggling with them for two weeks, and they insist that if I'm not satisfied, they will refund my money. Additionally, their products are made of plastic and they suggest soaking them in warm water, which did not work, even in boiling water. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. They also claim to be based in the United States, but that's another lie; their products actually come from overseas.
