They claim I have an outstanding fee for January.Yet, even though I have cancelled subscription in February they have been taking money from my bank for 4 whole months. (FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL AND MAY). I do not understand how you can be paying for something you've cancelled transactions on and are not using at all.
