I did not receive my order and have been informed that I will receive a refund, but I need to repurchase the item for an additional cost. This situation arose because I allegedly canceled the order, which should not apply as it was after the order was supposedly delivered. This has been my worst experience purchasing camera equipment, and I usually don't write reviews, but the frustration of feeling powerless is overwhelming.
