I am extremely let down by my first experience with the service. I placed an order on December 23rd, and as of January 4th, I still have not received my item. The logistics are a total mess. The tracking information is inconsistent and hard to follow. Even worse is the lack of customer support; I have sent several inquiries about my order but received no response. Once they have your payment, they seem uninterested in customer care or deadlines. Additionally, I purchased this via a payment service in installments and am approaching my next payment date without knowing where my product is. This delay has severely affected my professional workflow. I would strongly advise seeking alternatives for equipment.
