The logistics are a complete mess, and the tracking information is inconsistent and hard to follow. The lack of customer support is even more frustrating; I have sent multiple inquiries about my order but received no response. It seems that once they have your payment, they do not care about customer satisfaction or deadlines. I purchased this through a payment service in installments, and I am nearing my next payment date without knowing where my product is or if it will ever arrive. This delay has significantly disrupted my professional workflow. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for equipment.
