I opened a second support ticket a week after not receiving a reply and my initial case was reopened, it's now been over a week since I have requested updates, some as simple as adding a certification section, and I have not heard a response.Best case you get a mid CV, worst case you'll get a half finished CV and have to chase the up for weeks.
