Chuck has a natural gift with dogs and clearly loves working with them. He really understands their behaviors and is able to meet them where they're at. He helped me a ton when I adopted my first dog, who pulled on the leash in excitement to meet new friends. After a month he (the dog) showed dramatic improvement on the leash and was learning down.
