Based on my experience with them, they are good by expensive and cannot do much if the police are not getting involved. They sent me to the police, however, it was not clear to me that I needed to do that. Thank god in my case the officer helped us to move the case forward. I am seeing good progress now, but I am not sure how it could go if the police would not help...
