One subscription signed up and two subscriptions paid for! As of September 30, 2025, my subscription was ending. Very satisfied with the VPN service itself, I decided to renew for two years. To do this, I proceeded manually in the morning. Everything went very well, so I was subscribed again. Imagine my surprise when, in the afternoon, a boastful message from CyberGhost informed me that my automatic renewal had been activated! And with it, a second payment option triggered, and therefore a second invoice! So, no, I am not happy at all. However, and I repeat here, the VPN service itself is very good!Un abonnement souscrit et deux abonnements Payés ! En date du 30 septembre 2025 mon abonnement prenait fin. Très satisfait du service VPN lui même je prend la décision de me réabonner pour deux ans. Pour cela j'opère manuellement et ce le matin. Tout se passe très bien et donc je suis de nouveau abonné. Qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise quand dans l'après midi un message fanfaronnant de Cyberghost m'annonçait que mon réabonnement automatique avait bien été activé ! Et avec lui une deuxième option de paiement levée et donc une deuxième facture ! Donc, non, pas content du tout. Par contre et je le répète ici, le service VPN en lui Même est très bon !
