The VPN service from CG is average and as I discovered did not work in China like some other competitors, since I had to purchase an alternative.
The service was automatically renewed without any warning of renewal or price change etc. I did not want to renew and have now been stuck with the payment for a service I will not use. I requested a refund and was refused. Dreadful customer service and average product.
