When I expressed my concerns and requested a refund, I was informed that refunds are not available for live training, despite their policies suggesting otherwise. I was offered a spot in a future cohort with a different instructor, which I accepted, but my overall experience has not met expectations. For the price, it felt more like unsupervised self-study than a professional certification course. I would advise others to be cautious before enrolling with this training service.
