The plumber was sent via the service provider and, despite having just one hour, he exceeded expectations by staying for over two hours to ensure everything was done correctly. During that time, he completed four separate tasks to an exceptionally high standard. He replaced components in the toilet, fixed a tap, addressed seized valves, and installed a new basin mixer. Everything was checked and left in perfect working order. His professionalism and attitude stood out. He's polite, calm, and highly knowledgeable.
