I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Cycle Diet.I was charged two separate amounts ($62.98 and $152.49) without any receipt, invoice, or renewal notification being sent to me. The charges did not appear as an Apple App Store subscription, which made it even more confusing to track or manage.When I contacted Cycle Diet, they cancelled the subscription but refused to issue a refund, stating that all sales are final due to auto-renewal. They also confirmed that they do not send reminder emails, which means customers can be charged large amounts without any warning.I was also told there were two active subscriptions under my email, which I did not knowingly authorise. Despite explaining this and asking for help, the response was purely policy-based with no effort to resolve the issue fairly.The lack of transparency, no receipts, no renewal reminders, and refusal to refund made this experience extremely frustrating. Customers should be very careful, as cancelling the app or assuming there will be a reminder is not enough.I would not recommend this service due to poor billing transparency and customer support.
