I had customer service reach out the minute there was a discrepancy found, issued a refund as well as a small in store credit as a thank you. Completely blew me away considering I just canceled an order with a competitor website for almost the same issue and went to cycle gear for the parts. Competitor had my bike down with no contact for almost 2 weeks and when I reached out they said another 2 weeks on parts. Cycle gear had the parts to my door in 2 days! Had I went with cycle gear the first time I would have only had my bike down 2 days! Don’t be like me go with cycle gear the first time!
