shockingly bad customer service- ordered fat tyre mudguard- do not by this producr-held on by press studs fell off after half hour- asked for a replacement so I could zip tie it on- no response.Emailed them a second time- no response. ordered another as I already had the fixing to the original one- waited 2 weeks-emailed them-mudgaurd was not sent due to mistake- they promised me another - waited 2 weeks- they forgot to send it- told them to refund my money as their customer service was crap.Money not refunded- called shop spoke to steve - He said he would get one out to me asap-got an email next morning saying order has been closed- no mention of refundGo elsewhere to buy you bike products as this company is horrendously bad
