I tried several of their products, and while two didn't suit my taste (the others were fantastic!), I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive in offering a refund, apologizing for my dissatisfaction, and checking if there was anything else they could assist with. It's rare to find a service willing to do the right thing and connect with a real person. They’ve earned my loyalty! The representative was fantastic!
