I came to Hope IVF, after my last 2 cycles in the UK had failed and I had suffered multiple baby losses and miscarriage. I was contacted very quickly by Gizem who became my co-ordinator. I was at a real low when I came to Hope IVF after almost 3 years of trying and IVF and Gizem was super understanding and positive.Dr.Zehra was also positive and honest and they were willing to do all that they could to help me. Gizem went above and beyond for me, always in touch by WhatsApp picking me up when I was so low and my belief was gone. Gizem was more than a co-ordination she became like a friend and although it’s her job she really cares. My first cycle failed and Gizem kept the positivity when I had none and she truly believed that we just needed to find the Golden Egg and that I would have my baby in the end. During my second cycle with Hope in May 2024 I struggled to even get on the plane , I’d given up it could work but Gizem constantly encouraged me and if it wasn’t for her I would have cancelled mid cycle, I credit her with getting me on the plane. Gizem and Dr.Z were so patient with me as I had severe anxiety going through the procedures due to previous losses and birth trauma. They did everything I asked to make the situation easier for me. The second cycle workedas Gizem always believed it would and my precious miracle baby girl was born 5 weeks ago Feb 2025. She is everything and more and so precious and I couldn’t have given it that final try without Gizem and Hope IVF. I am truly truly, grateful and don’t have enough words to thank them. They will always be a part of our story and my little girl wouldn’t be here without them. I would definitely recommend them especially for women who are a bit older.
