CZ is the most opaque and dodgy insurance provider. they do not have customer service and very rude people who deflect responsibilities and will not give you straight answers. The lied to me about their responses to the policy holder and claimed they sent an email but nothing was received, it is just to cut the call and they are sure you will not call back with 40 mins waiting time. issues are not solved, They hide behind opaque process and act in an unethical way. Zero service zero accountability, because insurance is mandatory and people fall for CZ.
