I am insured with CZ for more than 2 years. So far I have had no problems (as I have never gotten sick). However, this summer I had severe pains in my lower stomach and my GP forwarded me to a gynecologist in a clinic. 3 months later I received an invoice of 700 euros to pay and when I sent it to CZ they rejected my declaration and told me to pay these 700 euros myself. When I objected they told me that they do not work with the hospital and they cover only 70%. But as I haven't used my own risk, they take 70% from there, and then the rest I need to pay myself. Which is the same, at the end I need to pay 700 euros from my own pocket. However, still acceptable until this moment. But the weirdest part was when I checked on the website of CZ and they said they work with the clinic where I went, so according to their terms and conditions, I should not pay anything (even at my own risk). Also, the clinic sent me a statement that I should not pay from my own risk. I am still in discussion with CZ, but they do not even have an e-mail where I can share the whole story. They have only a phone to which you need to wait 40 minutes for someone to take the call and provide you with false information. Such as not working with the clinic, which is false as it is promoted on their website.
