I used to really enjoy this service, but they've seriously messed things up. Prices were reasonable and shipping was quick. Now, making a purchase is nearly impossible. They advertise a rewards system for redeeming points for discounts or items, but I've tried to use over 1000 points only to have the items disappear at checkout, with no way to retrieve them. All they do is restore the points to my account, which is useless if I can't use them. To make matters worse, their payment system has stopped working. I had my card and billing address saved and used it without issues for months, but suddenly it won't process. They blame it on 'customer error' despite no changes on my end. This company is incredibly frustrating; I recommend seeking alternatives that actually work.
