Prompt delivery of good quality aluminium outdoor sofa set. However, the boxes were HUGE, so big in fact that the delivery team couldn’t get them through the door, or even get them through a garden gate to get the box around to the rear of the house. As a result, the huge box was left on my front lawn. I then had to open the box and lift the individual pieces of furniture myself to where I wanted them to be - in the rain! So, my suggestion for improvement to Daals is to get the boxes down to a size that can be carried through a standard doorway, rather than have them so big that they need to be lifted by two people and are too big to get through doorways.
